A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us, once we’ve agreed on the commissioned date of completion, subject, any other details and size etc., normally a 50% deposit will be required before any work is undertaken. The outstanding balance is payable on completion, the right of goods does not pass until fully paid for.

Isle of Man artist David Paul Cowley retains the copyright on all pieces of produced art. No pieces of artwork may be reproduced on any platform without prior consent of the artist.

Acceptance Of Order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.
You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s).

Please ring 07624325564, prior to pick up, to arrange suitable pick up times. Delivery via Royal Mail: We can ship framed artwork via Royal Mail, as per website delivery costs. All artwork is securely packaged and covered by Royal Mail Insurance.
Isle Of Man artist – David Paul Cowley accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging.
No products may be returned to Isle Of Man artist – David Paul Cowley without the prior written consent of Isle Of Man artist – David Paul Cowley and are subject to a return charge.
